Graceworks Enhanced Living in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Day Program Direct Support Professional for Monday–Friday 7a–3p. This full-time, on-site role supports adults with disabilities to live with dignity and independence.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. DSPs assist with daily needs, participate in activities, and help residents engage with the community. The position offers meaningful work and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than 6 points.
• 18 years of age or older; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for full-time entry-level Direct Support Professionals. No experience isnecessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them .

Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!

Full time Monday-Friday 7a-3p NO WEEKENDS

Compensation: $17.00 hour - R ate can increase with documented and verified experience.
