Graceworks Enhanced Living in Ohio is seeking a Direct Support Professional for full-time 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily activities, transportation, and personal care in a compassionate, fun environment.

No prior experience required; paid training provided, including CPR/First Aid and medication administration certification. A valid Ohio driver's license with <6 points is required, and a pre-employment drug screen will be conducted.

Compensation: $17 an hour - Compensation increases with relevant and verifiable experience. We offer shift differentials for various applicable shift hours

• Direct Support Professionals are caregivers. No experience is necessary, training is provided.


• The ideal candidate is someone who is anaturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.


• DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance, bathing etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.Be a companion; learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!
