Job summary

Berkshire County Arc, based in Lee, MA, is seeking a dedicated staff member to support individuals in Day Habilitation programs and help them pursue rehabilitation goals through structured activities and supportive strategies.

You will provide direct instruction, assist with daily routines, and supervise participants during lunch, breaks, and bus rides to ensure safety and active engagement throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in meeting rehabilitation goals through structured activities and support strategies.
• Participate in the training of individuals and contribute to the development of new techniques and materials.
• Support individuals in meeting habilitation goals.
• Provide direct instruction to individuals.
• Supervise and interact with individuals during lunch periods, breaks and bus times.
