Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a Day Porter to perform custodial work across facilities, covering approximately 4,500–5,000 sq ft per location within an hour. The role runs Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, paying $15.50 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and up to six months of related experience. Proficiency in English and adherence to safety procedures are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial duties in a professional manner to reflect the company’s integrity.
• Cleans offices, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairs, and other areas as required.
• Mops, sweeps, and vacuums as needed; dusts furniture and fixtures.
• Empties trash and disposes of waste; maintains cleanliness of restrooms and locker rooms.
• Maintains safety by using PPE and reporting hazards to supervisor.
• Ensures cleaning carts and custodial closets are secured when not in use.
• Reports to work on time in company uniform with badge and safety shoes.
