Responsibilities

• Facilitate calendar planning meetings.
• Use a person-centered planning process; individual needs drive activities.
• Facilitate daily activities of the Day Habilitation program and support staff.
• Arrange and provide transportation for Day Habilitation activities.
• Ensure safety procedures and complete emergency drills; document to compliance standards.
