The ideal candidate is a strong, organized leader capable of making decisions and promoting person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science field and at least one year of related human services experience.
• OR high school diploma with at least five years of relevant human services experience.
• Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and direct Day Habilitation staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Day Habilitation program.
• Ensure services and documentation meet state and federal requirements.
• Attend ISP meetings and coordinate programming with other areas.
• Develop and promote meaningful community-based activities for persons served.
