Job summary

Waystone Health & Human Services is actively seeking a Day Habilitation Program Supervisor in Haverhill, MA to oversee daily operations and ensure safe, compliant services for individuals with IDD. You will supervise Case Managers and Developmental Specialists, coordinate ISPs, and lead monthly interdisciplinary team meetings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with 3+ years in ID/DD, supervisory experience, and English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required; minimum three (3) years of ID/DD experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum five (5) years of ID/DD experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Experience implementing, developing and monitoring Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Familiarity with the Positive Behavior Supports model; DDS experience a plus.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms, eHana, or similar systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, evaluate and train Case Managers and Developmental Specialists.
• Create and implement curricula and activities supporting clients’ ISP goals and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate monthly Interdisciplinary Team Meetings for integrated services.
• Ensure timely submission of program data for individuals served.
• Develop, implement, and review Day Habilitation Service Plans and Behavior Support Guidelines.
• Monitor implementation of approved strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and positive outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals, intake, and maintenance of client documentation.
