The Resource Center is seeking a Day Services Supervisor to lead a Day Habilitation Program, supervise staff, and ensure compliant service delivery. The role emphasizes staff development, program planning, and adherence to New York State regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for Supervisor I, with five years’ related experience.
• An Associate Degree plus five years’ experience preferred for Supervisor II.
• A Bachelor’s Degree plus five years’ progressive supervisory experience preferred for Supervisor III.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision of Day Services staff and staffing coverage.
• Hire, discipline, evaluate staff and conduct ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, agency policies and reporting requirements.
• Oversee participant intake and service planning within assigned areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain quality services.
• Maintain program records and participate in quality assurance activities.
