Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Day Hab program.
• Monitor program quality and environment to ensure high standards.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, supervision, and development.
• Develop and manage income and expense budgets with fiscal integrity.
• Review weekly billing and coordinate incident reporting.
• Support program initiatives and census/attendance targets.
