Mr. Greens Produce in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our client and vendor relations. You will resolve escalated issues, respond to inquiries by phone, email and chat, and help improve service procedures through error analysis.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with a day shift from 6am to 2pm and weekend availability. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred, and bilingual candidates are welcome.

Summary

Mr. Greens is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will play a vital role in the Customer Service function of the company, resolving escalated customer issues, working with clients and vendors to resolve concerns, and responding to any claims submitted by customers. You will analyze errors and provide feedback for improving procedures.
