Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Rep for the Day Shift in Houston. You will resolve escalated customer issues and collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve concerns, while handling claims and feedback to improve procedures.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and use of Microsoft Office. Weekend availability and travel for training are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual is preferred; willing to travel for training.
• Must be able to work weekends; Day Shift (6am to 2pm).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls about orders, inventory, orders, and delivery times.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries by phone, email and chat.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Aim to answer questions on the first call by proactive service.
• Facilitate communication among customers, sales, transportation and warehouse.
