Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a Day Camp Team Lead to partner with the Family Ministries Children’s Coordinator. You will organize, document, and guide the Day Camp program and staff, maintain safety protocols, and foster spiritual growth in a Christ-centered environment.

You’ll lead discipleship, coordinate activities, communicate with parents, and supervise counselors and leads. The role requires strong leadership, patience, and a heart to serve with campus-wide teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with willingness to obtain necessary training.
• CPR/First Aid certification required prior to arrival.
• Some college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Family Ministries Children’s Coordinator in organizing, documenting, and facilitating the Day Camp program and staff members’ general well‑being.
• Provide leadership for staff success through discipleship training, team-building, and clear communication.
• Coordinate with Day Camp staff to implement activities and curriculum.
• Maintain records and communicate with parents on health, safety, and discipline.
• Organize team-building events and facilitate devotions with the Coordinator.
• Attend weekly meetings and supervise work areas and supplies.
