Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated is seeking a PL Program Coordinator to lead daily all-camp activities and supervise staff, while modeling Christian discipleship and nurturing campers’ spiritual growth.

You will plan holistic programs for junior high and high school groups, coordinate with the leadership team, and ensure budget accountability. This ministerial role requires camp experience and a commitment to Mount Hermon’s mission during summer sessions and weekends.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification prior to arrival.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in youth ministry leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all-camp program activities and team competitions.
• Directly supervise the Program Assistant; lead, train and empower.
• Provide budget oversight for program activities.
• Coordinate weekly/daily execution with the PL Leadership Team.
• Meet daily with PL Leadership Team and supervisor.
• Conduct mid-summer evaluations for the program and staff.
