Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a Program Lead for Mount Hermon Family Camp. You will coordinate morning and evening programming, supervise staff, and ensure warm, welcoming experiences that teach through camp materials and activities. Role requires living onsite with the camp community, clear communication with diverse speakers, and collaboration with all departments to deliver a memorable Family Camp experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and emotional maturity expected for ministry-based role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with speakers, musicians and executives.
• Love for children and youth; strong Christian role model.

Responsibilities

• Lead elements of morning and evening programming and guide staff and guests.
• Oversee decorating and themed elements for the Conference Center at Family Camp.
• Coordinate with departments for Mount Hermon Family Camp success.
• Act as point of contact for Family Camp productions (skits, speakers, worship leaders).
• Set up and tear down activities and programming; lead Summer Staff in operations.
