Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a PL Program Assistant Lead to partner with the PL Program Coordinator to plan and lead all-camp activities and team competitions for junior high and high school campers, modeling a Christ-centered lifestyle.

You will meet daily with the PL Leadership Team, contribute to mission-aligned programming, and embody the values of the camp while mentoring staff and guiding campers through engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• Some college experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required before arriving at camp.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and emcee all-camp activities and team competitions for junior high and high school campers.
• Meet daily with PL Leadership Team and supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the PL Program Coordinator.
