Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a KC Day Camp Lead to partner with the program manager in guiding camp activities, supervising staff, and strengthening spiritual mentoring for guests. The role emphasizes safety, adventure, and engaging experiences aligned with our mission.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, and relevant adventure education. The incumbent should be a capable leader, mentor, and evangelist, with strong communication and relational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in related field.
First Aid and CPR certification or training.
Adventure and recreation education/training related to KC program areas.

Responsibilities

Supervise program and staff assigned to KC Day Camp programs directly or by delegating to counselors and their teams and evaluating and improving programs in the areas of adventure, fun, safety and spiritual effectiveness.
Perform administrative duties of scheduling, curriculum planning and logistics for a smooth operation of the day camp program.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
