Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience or team leadership.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or will complete within 90 days.
• Existing Food Safety Certification required for the state and role, or obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead cafe operations to deliver hospitality and maintain standards.
• Oversee service flow ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Handle inventory, ordering, receiving, and deposits.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Address guest concerns promptly and report incidents per protocol.
• Guide team on new menu offerings and procedures.
