Michaels Stores in Syracuse, NY seeks a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and supporting safety and shrink programs while

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock merchandise
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
