Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Retail Team Member in Missouri to help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions. You’ll deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash with accuracy while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

You’ll also engage in omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, assist with stocking, planograms, and store maintenance to keep shelves in stock and merchandise appealing.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long hours and move around the store.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock shelves; assist with planograms (POGs) and merchandising.
• Support merchandise recovery and returns process; store recovery.
• Participate in store shrink and safety initiatives.
