Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member to provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. The role involves unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in-store standards to support our Brand Promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain a positive image as a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
