Job summary

Michaels Stores in Roseville, CA is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence while participating in omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS; this role requires standing, lifting, and flexibility for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and conduct merchandise recovery.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
