Job summary

Michaels Nash-Murfreesboro is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast, accurate checkouts. You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms while maintaining stocked, well-merchandised aisles across the store.

From helping customers with products to onboarding them for Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, you’ll support omnichannel options like BOPIS and SFS, while upholding SOPs and safety standards in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store in-stock and merchandised standards; complete merchandiser recoveries
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact professionally with customers and team members
