Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking an early morning Inventory Team Member for our NYC, MANHATTAN/CHELSEA store.

You will assist customers, unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while keeping the store in-stock and well-presented. Screening includes physical requirements and adherence to SOPs; work hours include early mornings, nights, and weekends with a range of benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit card enrollment
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes; maintain in-stock conditions and store recovery
