Job summary

Michaels in Brea is seeking a part-time Early Morning Service Team member. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with unloading trucks, stocking product and maintaining in-store merchandising while supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and fast checkout.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising standards.
