Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Clarksville, TN is seeking a part-time Early Morning Replenishment team member. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You’ll complete truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and participate in SISO/AD set duties, while adhering to SOPs and safety programs. Availability for mornings, weekends, and possibly nights is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and locate items.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
