Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Early Morning Stocker in Middletown, NY for part-time hours. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout experiences while unloading trucks and stocking merchandise to keep shelves complete and presentable.

Daily duties include cross-training in framing sales and production, supporting store recovery, and participating in SISO/POG tasks with availability for nights, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise stocking to keep shelves in stock.
• Maintain store recovery standards and execute planograms (POGs).
• Assist with SISO, AD set duties, and store recovery tasks.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
