Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate in Olive Branch, MS to help customers find products, ring up purchases, and keep shelves stocked. You'll participate in truck unloading, perform store recovery duties, and uphold SOPs while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards

• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unloading
• Stock and maintain shelves; support planograms and store recovery
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies
• Interact positively and act as a role model for team members
