Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Early Morning Replenishment Team Member in Cincinnati, OH. You will help customers shop, provide a fast checkout, unload trucks, stock merchandise, and support store operations to ensure products are in stock and well presented.

You’ll engage customers with the rewards program and private label card enrollments, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and follow SOPs to maintain a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Comfort with upsell and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, help shop and provide fast checkout.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and complete planograms.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to SOPs.
• Engage with rewards program enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain store recovery and cleanliness.
