Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Cincinnati, OH to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout process. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role involves assisting with rewards enrollments and participating in Omni channel processes. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is preferred; prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform stocking duties.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Promote rewards program and credit card enrollments.
• Engage customers with VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock store and participate in store recovery activities.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
