Job summary

Michaels in Frankfort, KY is looking for friendly team members to assist customers, find products, and deliver a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining in-store standards while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms
• Maintain in-stock condition and merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
