Job summary

ADI Global Distribution seeks an Area Sales Manager- Datacom to lead a Datacom RAS team in Seattle, focusing on growing topline, margin, and Datacom category share. You will mentor the RAS, drive run-rate and pipeline, and collaborate with the Datacom GM on strategy and execution.

In this role, you will deploy Miller Heiman and Salesforce to elevate performance, develop training, and improve regional results.

Qualifications

• 7 years management/supervisory outside sales experience.
• 1 year – experience with strategic sales daily process.
• 3–5 years of Datacom/Network cabling infrastructure experience.
• Ability to travel +75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned team of Datacom RAS reporting to the Datacom GM.
• Grow topline, margin, and Datacom categories with assigned customers.
• Mentor and guide the RAS to meet/exceed key objectives.
• Assist GM with Go-To-Market strategy development and execution.
• Teach Miller Heiman methodologies and use Salesforce to drive area performance.
• Oversee territory, pipeline, and appointment management; develop RAS skills.
