You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing and executives to define go-to-market strategies, develop market positioning, and ensure cross-functional execution. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 5–10+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Deep industry knowledge of the vertical/datacenter space and strong strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategic direction for Hubbell’s vertical offerings to align with customer needs and growth.
• Create multi-year portfolio roadmaps (GTM, product, business models) and drive milestones.
• Collaborate with BU/product teams to translate needs into new products and solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution from idea to launch for profitable, customer-focused outcomes.
• Partner with marketing to craft a comprehensive customer-facing plan and amplify presence.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
