Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (required).
• 5-10+ years of Supervisory/Management experience.
• Ability to lead product transformation visioning and roadmap.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and strategic direction for Hubbell's Vertical offerings.
• Create multi-year portfolio roadmaps (GTM, product, business models).
• Translate customer needs and industry trends into strategic plans.
• Collaborate with BU product teams to develop new solutions for verticals.
• Coordinate initiatives from idea to launch across functions.
• Develop market outlook, competitive landscape and trends.
• Partner with marketing to align on market positioning and collateral.
• Drive executive alignment and manage cross-functional roadblocks.
• Develop leading indicators dashboards to measure success.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
