Job summary

NuPeople seeks a Senior Manager, Facility Operations to lead day-to-day critical infrastructure at a 20 MW data center in Shakopee, MN, with expansion to 40 MW. This leader will drive uptime, safety, and operational excellence across electrical, mechanical and controls systems while building a staffing model to scale with capacity growth.

This hands-on leader will oversee incident response, preventive maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with construction, reliability, and compute

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center operations experience in crit infrastructure.

• Experience managing 24/7 operations teams.
• Experience delivering safety-focused operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Own 24/7 critical infra readiness for electrical, mechanical and controls systems.
• Lead incident command, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
