Job summary

US Signal is seeking a Data Center Manager to take full ownership of a mission-critical data center, overseeing uptime, safety, budget, and a dedicated team. You will be the incident commander when needed and set the roadmap for site growth and performance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data centers, with leadership experience, and a strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems. This role is on-site in Minnesota with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data center experience and/or data center infrastructure experience including electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of planning, construction management, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations end to end, including uptime, safety, and compliance.
• Own documentation, procedures, and process standards to keep records accurate and repeatable.
• Lead growth projects, pricing, and infrastructure deployments aligned with capacity strategy.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, vendor contracts, and asset lifecycle.
• Lead the site team and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers to drive projects and performance.
