This hands-on leader sets the site roadmap, acts as incident commander, and drives performance across facilities and operations. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and asset lifecycle while coordinating with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver reliable data center services and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in facilities management, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience leading data center operations and teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project planning.
• Understanding fiber optic technology (single/multi-mode).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for data center needs.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations end to end, including uptime, safety, and compliance.
• Serve as incident commander to drive rapid resolution when needed.
• Lead infrastructure projects, deployments, and facility expansions.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, vendor contracts, and assets.
• Lead the site team and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers.
