Job summary

US Signal is seeking a Data Center Manager to own a mission-critical data center: uptime, safety, the budget, and the team that keeps it all running.

You will lead operations end-to-end, drive incident command when needed, and set the roadmap for site growth with real authority over outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role requires facilities management experience, knowledge of electrical/HVAC systems, and a track record of collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of planning, construction management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Understanding of fiber optic technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations end to end, including uptime, safety, and compliance.
• Lead documentation, procedures and process standards.
• Plan, price, and execute infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and vendor contracts.
• Lead the site team and coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers.
