Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Network Datacenter Hand and Feet Analyst to join our data center operations in Twinsburg, OH. The role requires onsite work with rotating shifts (Shift 1 06:00–15:00 PST, Shift 2 14:00–23:00 PST, Shift 3 22:00–07:00 PST) and collaboration with engineers and SMEs.

Responsibilities include rack & stack of IT devices, configuring ILO/IDRAC, performing tests, and handling decommissioning tasks.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of Information Technology experience.
• Hands and feet support for Data Center operations.
• Onsite work with rotating/flexible shift timings at the datacenter.

Responsibilities

• Rack & stack IT devices, configure ILO/IDRAC, perform ping tests.
• Install trunks, patch cords, panels, and power cables.
• Conduct IT/DC Track audits, approve vendor access, and provide on-call coverage.
• Troubleshoot cables (SM, MM, copper) and replace hardware parts as needed.
• Manage decommissioning tasks and coordinate media disposal and asset tracking.
