Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent educational qualification.
• 0-1 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with Hands and feed support for Data Center operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in Twinsburg, OH.
• Support datacenter operations and participate in rotating/flexible shift timings.
• Install rack & stack IT devices, configure ILO/IDRAC, perform ping tests, patch cords and power cables.
• Conduct IT/DC Track audits, provide on-call and emergency coverage, and support decommissioning and asset tracking.
