Job summary

Agilyti is seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager for Customer Success in the US. You will lead platform implementations and own technical outcomes for enterprise Spark/Databricks deployments, coaching engineers, triaging production issues, and communicating status to customers and stakeholders.

You will translate customer needs into engineering work streams, prioritize across engagements, and scale delivery from single accounts to multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Spark and Databricks, PySpark and performance tuning.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data platform projects.
• Experience managing multi-stream delivery in fast-moving tech environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to translate needs into engineering work streams.

Responsibilities
