Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI
• Minimum 8 years enterprise consulting experience in Analytics/CDP spaces
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize data & integration architecture for Agentforce + Data360
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI
• Degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce + Data360 SME for the Success Architect org
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product or creative Architect solutions
• Facilitate discussions with Executive stakeholders aligning tech strategy to ROI
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Mentor and share knowledge within the team
