• High level of interpersonal and communications skills, attention to detail a must.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as CISDM database administrator liaison providing guidance, training, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Oversee data training in alignment with statewide standards for Site Coordinators, Program Managers/Directors, and interns.
• Provide one-on-one or group data support as needed or requested.
• Develop additional/alternate measurement tools and tracking systems as needed.
• Analyze trends in data reporting to provide support and training to ensure fidelity and effectiveness.
• Report data back to Site Coordinators and Programs staff on a regular basis in coordination with State Data team.
• Cross-train with Programs and Site Coordinators to inform collaboration between Programs and Data departments.
