Job summary

Communities In Schools is seeking a Director, Data Quality & Adoption to lead data operations, verification, and user support across the CIS network. You will drive data standards, improve adoption of the CISDM platform, and partner with program teams to translate needs into system enhancements.

You will manage a team, improve data quality, and enable staff to derive insights that inform continuous improvement and reporting to leadership and affiliates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in data quality, data stewardship, program operations, user enablement, training and analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with data quality processes, validation, reconciliation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual End-of-Year verification and ongoing data review, coordinating issue resolution.
• Lead the team of data operations, training, verification, and user support.
• Serve as liaison between users, program teams, and platform leadership to drive enhancements.
• Participate in testing, release readiness, and implementation of new CISDM functionality.
