Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Education may be waived with significant job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Agency client management software.
• Oversee and ensure accuracy of data entered into the Agency client database.
• Provide in-service training for all staff as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and community partners.

Skills

Excellent oral and/or written communication skills

Ability to manage time

General knowledge of Agency programs

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member

Organize work schedule and set priorities

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associates or Two-Year College Degree
