Job summary

Communities in Schools Nevada is seeking a Data Manager to oversee data collection, documentation, and training across the Reno affiliate. You will monitor data quality, support local staff, and ensure compliance with National Standards while collaborating with the statewide data team to standardize practices.

The role requires strong data skills, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience in educational data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of data management, reporting, visualization and analysis.
• Experience with educational data preferred.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as CISDM database administrator liaison, providing guidance, training, troubleshooting and support.
• Oversee data training aligned with statewide standards for Site Coordinators, Program Managers/Directors, and interns.
• Provide one-on-one or group data support as needed.
• Develop additional/alternate measurement tools and tracking systems.
• Analyze trends in data reporting to improve effectiveness and fidelity.
• Guide programs and leadership to meet data and evaluation goals.
• Report data to Site Coordinators and Programs staff with State Data team.
• Cross-train with Programs and Site Coordinators to keep affiliate procedures up to date.
