Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing databases such as SQL Server and Postgres, and supporting applications in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with security principles and best practices related to databases.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve tickets involving database/integration tasks.
• Administer SQL Server and Postgres, apply security patches, and ensure high availability.
• Provide Level II triage for escalated tickets, document findings, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain documentation of processes, job schedules, and issues; collaborate with IT and business teams.
