Job summary

Bentley University is seeking a Business Systems Analyst or Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Data Management and Application Services. The role partners with university stakeholders to optimize enterprise applications, including Workday, and covers the full project lifecycle from requirements through post-production support.

The Senior level may independently lead complex initiatives, serve as a strategic partner, and provide advanced business analysis expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in business systems analysis.
• Experience with enterprise applications and reporting.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and identify technology solutions.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of enterprise applications.
• Lead or support requirements gathering sessions and serve as liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, and other solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in testing activities including test cases and user acceptance testing.
