Qualifications

• Four years of college with courses in mathematics, statistics, or computer science and four years of progressively responsible professional experience in systems analysis, operations, software or a related data processing function.
• Extensive knowledge of data systems, hardware, software, and applications.
• Ability to develop and manage a sophisticated management information system and conduct subsystem assurances.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supervises, and mentors the Office Automation team; manages assignments, workload, staff performance, and skill development while promoting collaboration with Enterprise Applications and IT teams.
• Oversees daily operational support for enterprise office productivity and automation tools; ensures system uptime, work queue management, service requests, incident resolution, and scheduled maintenance.
• Identifies modernization opportunities and develops long‑term plans for Office Automation tools, platforms, and service delivery models in line with agency architecture and security standards.
• Serves as primary liaison to business units seeking automation support or enhancements; translates business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans, and communicates progress to leadership.
• Manages Office Automation projects, including planning, resource coordination, delivery tracking, documentation, change control, and governance.
