Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate to join the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) Strategy team in New York.

You will help shape strategy initiatives at the forefront of data and AI in financial services and collaborate with senior leaders across functions. The role emphasizes developing strategy documents, monitoring industry trends, and guiding teams through complex analyses to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm or internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative and conceptual problem solving.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and the ability to develop high-quality strategy end-products.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead strategy engagements and coach team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data; ability to translate complex concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects focusing on data and AI outcomes in financial services.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to refine the firmwide AI and data strategy.
• Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
