Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems using quantitative, analytical and conceptual approaches.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to produce high quality strategy outputs.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead strategy engagements, coach and develop team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data, ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing complex AI and data in financial services to enable business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses outlining AI/data priorities and value.
• Monitor industry trends and refine firmwide AI/data strategy to align with goals.
• Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and promote excellence and innovation.
